It is professional grooming self-contained in a custom van that arrives at your door to take care of your pet’s grooming needs. Mobile pet grooming is preferred by most of today’s busy pet owners. The convenience for you and the exclusive attention for your pet make it desirable to use a mobile dog grooming service.
The mobile grooming salon is equipped with a 1200 Amp Lithium Battery pack that furnishes electricity to the Salon, dryer, table, lights and more!
A hot water heater ensures the perfect bath temperature for your pet!

It is convenient. You have no prep time & no hassle getting your pet ready for a day at the groomer’s.
With curbside service at your home or office, there is no need to put your pet in the car and drive in unpredictable traffic to the salon.

It is a clean and sanitary environment. We clean the mobile grooming spa thoroughly between pets and between visits. You no longer have to worry about sharing cages, germs or parasites.
It provides a stress free environment for your pet. Grooming services are performed right outside your door in a cage free setting. Your pet receives individual attention for the whole visit.
Do You Need Electricity Or Water?
No, our van is a completely self-contained unit. Our van is fully equipped with a 1200 watt Lithium Battery/Inverter System for electricity. The unit is always climate controlled. We carry 50 gallons of fresh water.

Absolutely! You're warmly invited to step inside the mobile grooming salon and take a look around! It's fully equipped with everything needed to provide your pet with a safe, comfortable, and professional grooming experience ~ right at your doorstep. In addition, we schedule fewer pets per day so we can give each one our full attention ~ which means your pet isn't rushed through the process. The slightly higher cost reflects the added convenience, comfort, and care your pet receives. For many pet parents, it's a worthwhile investment in their pet's well being.

Mobile grooming is designed to come directly to your home for your convenience and your dog's comfort. However, if you need the groomer to meet you at a different location - like a friend's house or workplace - just ask! As long as it's safe, accessible, and within the service area, alternate locations can often be arranged with advance notice.

For your pet's first mobile grooming appointment, we kindly ask that you be home. This helps ensure a smooth introduction, allows us to discuss your pet's needs, and gives your pet comfort knowing you're nearby.
After the first appointment if you need to leave or can not be present we will be happy to help accommodate your needs.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We do not accept credit cards at this time due to inconsistent internet connectivity issues throughout the various areas of the island that we service, as well as keeping operating costs down and avoiding processing fees. We appreciate your understanding and gladly accept cash, or other agreed - upon payment methods.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 - 48 hours advance notice. Failure to do so will result in a $70 fee, due prior to booking another appointment. Also, if your pet is not available for a confirmed, scheduled appointment time, a FULL grooming charge will apply.
We understand emergencies happen, and will understandingly wave a one time missed appointment due to unavoidable circumstances.

Appointment times are approximate. Appointments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions, traffic, or extended grooming times of an earlier appointment. In such cases, we will call as soon as possible to inform you of the time adjustment.
Do You Groom Large Dogs?
Our Apologies, due to physical limitations, large dogs are no longer accepted for grooming. After many years in the profession, the physical demands of handling bigger breeds - such as lifting, restraining, and maneuvering - have become too strenuous. This policy ensures safety for both the groomer and the pets, while maintaining a high standard of care.
